About Mari Colón-Kodesh

With a strong background in finance, marketing, and banking, Mari brings extensive expertise to the real estate industry. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, providing a solid foundation for her career.

 

Mari began as a Loan Officer at Oriental Bank, gaining insights into mortgage lending and financial structuring. She then joined Banco Popular’s Manager Training Program, refining her leadership and strategic skills. Her marketing career included roles at Movistar and First Bank, where she worked as a Product Manager for mortgages, sparking her passion for real estate.

 

In 2008, Mari paused her career to raise her two children, Mari Ceci and Rafe, but her passion for business and helping others never ended. In 2017, she obtained her Real Estate Brokerage License and built a thriving career as an independent realtor, collaborating on numerous co-brokerage transactions.

 

Mari specializes in high-end real estate in Puerto Rico’s most prestigious areas, including San Patricio, Dorado Beach East, Condado, Guaynabo, Suchville, Palmas del Mar, Isla Verde, and Rio Mar. Her total sales have surpassed $100 million, with notable transactions such as:

 

San Patricio – $4.1 million

Suchville – $3.5 million

Dorado Beach East – $3.3 million
